Possibly the best quick service burger around. Order it fully dressed and take it up a level. Shoestring fries are unique and are fantastic if you add their cheese sauce. For the money, better than Five Guys.

The cashier seemed overwhelmed, I’m guessing due to the holiday bustle. We ordered and I watched the cook on his phone for a good 5-7 minutes before he started cooking. Of course he didn’t wash his hands. Completely unacceptable.

These burgers are the best ever and reasonably priced!!! Service was excellent ???.My new go to for Excellent Food. Telling family and friends how good this is!!!!!
I am not one to usually complain, but if I could give this zero stars I would. The burgers tasted like 100lbs of pepper. My husband asked for water and got what tasted like super watered down lemonade. The sprite had no syrup in it. I think the best part was probably the fries. My husband also came to this location 2 weeks ago and they ask if pickles, onion, cheese and ketchup are okay on the burger and he said “yes” and was given a burger with only pickles on it. We will not be coming back to this location.

The food is usually really good here but I have found the service lacking. I went through the drive-through twice now in the past few weeks and ordered a large combo and a small birthday cake milkshake. The first time my combo was a small and the milkshake was just a plain vanilla milkshake, no whip cream, nothing. The second time the milkshake was a cookie dough one and the guy at the drive-through at first forgot about my drink, and then tried to give me a small combo, I had to tell him that I ordered a large combo. Never had a bad experience here, staff is always friendly and funny. Not too pricey either, I personally love the frisco melt and the garlic butter burger definitely has to be top 3 things i would get here. The food here is just packed with so much flavor, I just can't get over it when I eat it. Definitely would come back again and I love how the inside feels spacious and comfy.

Drive thru worker was really nice but my dr pepper was all carbonated. It was terrible. Just suggest when you go thru the drive check that you actually have a drink and not this. Recommend maybe just having your own drink with you

I pulled up to the drive-thru at 9:15pm. and waited for almost 5 minutes before finally pulling to the window. The reason I was there was because I had ZERO dollars (due to an unforseen medical bill) but a $50 gift card. (My wife and I really enjoy Steak 'n Shake but rarely dine at ours here in Hattiesburg due to our home location.) Anyway, the girl who came to the window told me they were out of beef while there was also a sign posted on the drive thru menu stating "no milkshakes." I asked if they had any chicken or anything else for that matter as I explained the only way me and my wife were eating was with my gift card to their restaurant. I was told a truck would be there tomorrow and that I could come back then and use it. I find it very hard to believe that there was nothing to be made in the entire restaurant. I felt humiliated and helpless, being I could not provide any food for the two of us that evening. I sent an email explaining this entire situation and will share the outcome and update this review whenever I receive an answer/acknowledgment.
