The worse fast food place I've ever been to. The employees were rude and the food horrible!! I think I would threw a bucket of water on the drive thru employee if I'd had one! Someone needs to wash his filthy mouth out.

Bad experience with employees at Burger King. You can't be upset and mess up someone order when you're listening and repeating back to them their order. She was very rude at the drive-thru as well.
The Burger King on N State will close itself down. The store manager gave me my money back, but that was after the employee pushed my inaccurate order back in the car towards me, as if she could have thrown it at me if she was legally allowed to. I talked to the district manager, Denisha Brown, bad attitude I talk to the regional manager, Sheila Washington, bad attitude, but better than Denisha, but I finally got to speak to the vice president of operations Joe Waller. If we had more employees like Joe Waller, more managers, like Joe Waller and more people, hiring employees like Joe Waller, fast food, industry would have a much better reputation. I despise going to any fast food restaurant, but if I have to go to one, I choose Burger King whopper. I ordered it the same way every time I go, a whopper with cheese no mayo cut in half I get it cut in half specifically for the reason of my stomach issues. Is it easier for me to go home and cut it but is easier for me to ask the restaurant to cut it therefore I could take the other half and save it, and eat it later, as opposed to over eating The whopper and getting sick they’re slogan is have it your way but yet you can’t have it your way the employee at the north State Street location tell me they didn’t have any knives to cut my sandwich in half so she wasn’t gonna give me a refund because there was nothing wrong with my sandwich I can literally say I hate her. But because of Joe Waller, I might go to a location in a different part of town. None of the Jackson Burger King locations are worth my time or energy. I’m trying to be politically correct on this open forum but previously they had a black man Working the Jackson area and he did a good job of making things right when things were wrong now the district manager, and the regional manager of Burger King in the Mississippi area. They are awful to deal with plain and simple. I’m not gonna sugarcoat it they did nothing for me other than say, I’m sorry for what you experience that wasn’t enough for me. Joe Waller went a step above and beyond and did what I would’ve done if someone called me with the same complaint, my other thing would’ve been was let young lady go that decided to hand me back my burger that she claimed was OK for me to eat, according to her standards. Employees wouldn’t open door for customers. Forcing them to go through the drive thru! Well the sign says lobby open at 8am. I was told I had to walk through the drive thru. Not busy and plenty of people just standing around. You lost a customer today. Never coming back here again!

The service was AWFUL this morning 11/18/23. Whomever was working the morning shift @ 9:30ish had a bad attitude over the speaker to where I had to cancel my whole order and go to McDonald's across the street. I would say I've never experienced something like that but I'll be lying but this particular day was worse. Baby girl need a drink or something.

My husband and I have stopped here twice as he works close. The first time the window lady was great and food was hot.That being said the next time we stopped and ordered the same breakfast food a week later the window person was different and not friendly when we pulled out heading to husband’s work I unwrapped to hand my husband his food item only to find it cold and hard like it was left over from previous day. Due to having to clock in or be late neither of us ate breakfast that morning which cost clove to $15.We will not be going back to that particular Burger King!
