Was able to go in ordered my wings for a family gathering and they were perfect. Got them early before they got busy, service was nice and so was the food!

On Friday 12/22/23 my family and I placed a pickup order at Robinson Rd. The experience was horrific a customer in front of us got and had to knock to get the attention of at least 5 employees playing. So we drove back around to the pick up window and a lady stated they were extremely busy and stated to us she was unsure when our food would be ready. I stated I ordered and payed online do you have an estimate she starred at us as if words left her thought process. I asked for a manager the manager came to the window and stated he didn’t see the order then stated well 30 minutes or more. I asked again how is that possible asked for the lady and his name and he stated their names are confidential. I stated cancel the order and I would like corporate number and GM. He accidentally stated his name was Zion and their GM Toykeisha was on Christmas pto and that’s who we will speak with. Knowing we definitely not eating at this store, I asked could I come in or have something to clarify order was canceled manager Zion is what he stated his name is; stated no at 6:50pm. He stated that location does not have a open lobby ever, The sign stated the lobby was open. The manager that came to the window was rude, unprofessional and definitely not a front look for a business. I asked my husband to just not engage with the child at the window because our kids were in the car and I aside not want my son having an impression that it was proper customer service for anyone to speak and act as the child at the window. Now granted me never shopping or promoting this location may be a small movement but it will be a movement. I have gone to many restaurants that have been understaffed and still remained professional and upheld their company’s name. The manager as he stated was not concerned with our order, thoughts nor money or time. This occurred Saturday December 22,2023 around 6pm.

I ordered a pizza Sunday (08/27/2023) and it was horrible. Way too much cheese, very little pepperoni and pineapple. The pizza just tasted nasty. I ended up throwing it in the garbage.

My order said complete and the food arrived 10-15 minutes after! I put in for insurance on the app for refund or whatever. When the pizza arrives, I call Domino’s to ensure driver doesn’t get in trouble and to say the pizza arrived. Whoever picked up the phone was extremely rude and implied I was in the wrong. Takes a second to be kind!

Man I haven’t ordered from here in a while.. pervious orders was a mess but I must say they have up their game my 2nd time ordering since new management or whoever took over but I can say I’m satisfied fresh and hot food served at my door step

The food is ok as long as you tell them specifically how to cook your order. The manager is very rude and has a nasty attitude, shouldn’t be in customer service & in my opinion shouldn’t be running a store at all. 3/10 don’t recommend.

12/17/2022 I was refunded my money on a pizza I accidentally ordered. Thanks GM Tron. You are one of the reasons I stay with Dominos. My family is happy every time I walk through the front door with your Dominos Pizza. Keep up the good work guys. I stopped ordering from Pizza Hut 4 years ago. And I have never been happier. Only leaving a 4 star because SOMETIMES the order takes a minute to be delivered but that's understandable with staff availability. Pizza is always hot, cheesy and no skimpy toppings. The only things I would suggest if getting any of the chicken is to ask for a little more sauce on the bites cause they can tend to be drying.
