Parking: Food was fresh and staff was friendly. If you looking for a good family vibe breakfast this for sure is the place to dine. Hospital with welcoming aroma. I rate 8/10 for sure.

Fred's is a great local eating spot. It seems to have grown up in my opinion to serve food to an underserved area of the local city. There are not an overly abundant amount of restaurants in this particular area. Also in my opinion they remind me of a old school early morning hole in the wall quick stop breakfast spot.
