The Country Fried Steak sandwich tasted like it had been fried in old grease, plus no mayonnaise, and the order taker did not get my order request correct. Thankfully I wasn't charged for my missing large order of fries.

I ordered the pickled fries in the app, which shows available, and when I got there, they informed me that they didn't have any. Why is it that you allow the order to go through and you know there isn't any available. Unacceptable!

Took a long time to get my basic chicken sandwich since they had no chicken fried steak for a sandwich. Upon receiving said which, it was burnt which explains why it took so long. I'm sure a dog will eat it. Or not.

How I give you a tip for terrible service and you give me an old burnt hot dog. Have some self-respect cause you damn sure have zero respect for anything. This is the worst food I have ever gotten from all the terrible locations of sonic in this state. How do you guys stay open? Send your managers to stores in other states so they know how they can actually be successful. We won't even get into the day old hamburger.

Just got back......asked for two burgers plain....one with onions only..came home...both had everything on them..... really .....everytime I order ...they never get it right....oh well....
Awful service. The order taker was being drowned out by the other employees yelling in the background. I could hear her shushing them but she couldn't even hear me well. The lack of service and care is astounding. I mean I get it things get heated out sometimes loud. But it's interfering with their jobs, i doubt I'll be back.

Literally sat waiting over 40 minutes in the parking lot after making a mobile order ahead of time. We even spoke to the people inside through the com at our parking spot and made sure they had our order and saw the "in the kitchen sign" still nothing happened. We ordered 3 drinks. That was it. Drinks. Limeades. There was probably 6-7 people inside "working" while maybe one person came out to bring orders to other customers in the drive through. We had to go through the drive thru just to force them to finally make and bring us our drinks. At which point they said over the com that it had been thrown away and had to be remade.I love Sonic. Do not go to this location.

I placed an order through GrubHub for 2 footlong chili cheese coneydogs: one with onions and jalapeños, one with pickles and tomatoes (because I am highly allergic to onions!) ; 1 order of onion rings, 1 order of tatertots; 2 route 44 diet cherry limeade (because we are diabetics).Neither hotdog had any chili on them and there wasn't enough cheese to say that it had cheese; both were covered in onions and jalapeños with no pickles and tomatoes, which means I can't eat any of it. Both drinks are regular and not diet, so we can't have them. The only thing I can have is the taters. Thank you for my dinner of medium cold tatertots! I tried to call your store for more than 1 hour and no one would answer. I have reported this to your corporate office.
