because I like shopping at Krogers but I cannot figure out how to get my old card number on this new app I have so much trouble downloading a digital coupon. why can't you just make it come up when I put my phone number in

Put $125 hold on my card for Gas, first time they have done that in all the 8 years I’ve gotten gas there.

We've shopped Kroger for years. We've even used pickup several times, but the last two times we've been overcharged. Don't bother buying the weekly specials. If they can't get to you until Wed., the sale prices no longer apply. Also, they substituted a 10 ounce ribeye for 12.99 , in the place of a 16 ounce ribeye for 8.79. ...it doesn't take a smart person to do the math... anyway...11 items that I ordered were unavailable and not substituted. However, my total charged to my card was more than my original amount. My point, don't bother wasting your time. Just shop elsewhere if you need pickup service or plan to pay a lot more. We've tried to shop local....but... oh well... Nuff Said .

Don't use grocery pick up for sale items unless you are picking up before sale goes off. They don't honor sales price if you can't get a pickup slot before the as goes out.

I come to Laurel a good bit and I've come to shop here at Kroger a few times. Each time I come some of the employees are happy and always ask if they can help me find anything I need. I buy more than I should or need but being I'm from out of town, they have some things we don't have in my local supermarket, so I'll get some here. What I found out as I was walking out the door was fresh fruit are free as you walking out the door for children or anyone I guess. Apples or oranges. And through the door is an ice chest with free small bottles of water if you'd like one. I took one and as other elderly ladies were walking out I offered them one as well. That is very nice . I think all grocery stores should offer something like this. It's very nice of them.

There's a group of black workers (about 3 of them) there that are very rude and whenever you try to use a coupon for the CORRECT item they say you can't use it but when you go through someone else you can use it. There's one, her name is Amy she's light skin she is very rude. And her posse, they refuse to take coupons for the item that's on the actual coupon, it's the right size. They do this all the time and afterwards. When you walk past them, they always staring you down and talking about you basically. There's one she has a tiny, tiny ponytail her hair looks straight. She wears glasses and she's dark skin and short. She tells everything to the Amy one and watches your every move. They all seem like a clique and they watch every move you make and whatever register you go through that IS NOT THEIR REGISTER, they call that register and tell them not to take any of your coupons. We've been going to this Kroger for a year or more, yet they still refuse to take our coupons like they don't get money back from the coupons. Us shopping here gets them paid and they continue to treat us bad. Even the manager saw us talking about the coupons and she didn't say A WORD. I don't see the issue with the coupons and they do this all the time. I don't like those few but otherwise them, the store is nice.
Absolutely love this Kroger's some of the cashiers are absolutely amazing, very friendly.

I do like that I can find Mississippi local foods. I always go to the same cashier and I think she is great. I miss the selection we had at our Kroger in Georgia had but this one is ok.

This is by far the best grocery store in Laurel. Its very clean. They have a great selection of produce. I can find whatever it is that I need in this store. The bathrooms are clean The employees have been friendly and helpful.

Decided I needed to step back up in to my neighborhood Kroger's for a lil helping of their plate lunch goodness. I must say, not quite as pumped up about the meal as I was last time I slid through. I was craving some mac & cheese and some Mexican cone bread, but all dey had wuz regular. Fried chicken still on point tho!!!!! I'll give it another couple weeks or until I forget my peanut butter and jelly sandwhich before I head back in for some mo of there goodness! #MoreCheesePlease

This Kroger store is large and therefore offers a wide variety of grocery products. It recently went through a remodel. It has a large parking lot and is conveniently located on Hwy 15. One particularly nice addition is its own gas station. Rewards members get a 3 cent discount on each gallon of gas. Other than Walmart, this is the only national grocery chain store in Laurel.
