Customer service was ok. Food came out in a timely manner. One employee who handed me my food made a joke of my food taking too long. We laughed because it didn’t. Now once I got the food. Yuck! Very disappointing. My Chalupa supreme came with old lettuce I took off. No sour cream. It was also white not golden brown. It was so cold. My potatoes in my potato bowl was old and hard. My soft taco was so cold. Just a waste of money. Let’s just say I’m definitely leaving still hungry. This was trash. I have to stop eating at Taco Bell when I’m traveling.

Went there late..the wife forgot her card .the lady at the window offerd to pay for our meal...but the wife luckly found it..we went back afterwards...and re ordered our food ..thanked the lady for bein so nice when she didn't have to. .recommend if in area...easy in ...easy out...parking Lott and store clean...restrooms...

Every single time we get anything from this Taco Bell they leave stuff off. Loaded beef nachos were missing beans and the "cheesey" bean and rice burrito had no cheese. This was my last visit to this restaurant.

Drive thru was empty, so was the parking lot. we ordered party pack of tacos. The service was fast and friendly. When we unwrapped the tacos at home, there was a minimum amount of meat on the shells, like a tablespoon. It was highway robbery, and I won't go there again.
The food is always good tho it's not always the food you ordered. They have a habit of charging you for supreme tacos but serving up a regular taco (no tomato, no sour cream) and I get it, mistakes happen but what bothers about this place isn't the fact that it happens quite regularly, rather it's when you go inside to get it fixed. During the interrogation process (it do be like that sometimes) the night manager acts as if he doesn't believe you. It's embarrassing and stressful. I mean, I'm trading the plain tacos back, where's this scam he seems so concerned is happening? Ohhh, yeah right, I scooped em off and set em on my dash. So I can add them to the replacement tacos later and not pay $ 0.30 for extra tomatoes and sour cream. You caught me! ???☠️
Going in person isn't too bad. The staff are usually fairly nice. But when you order anything on door dash, this location REFUSES to put taco sauce in the bag, even when ordered. They forget half of the order, they dont include napkins, and the tacos are always so soggy! I ask for soft taco Supremes and they send soggy soft tacos with no sour cream. I have tried several times to give this place a second and third chance but the more I go the worse it gets. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because when they don't forget the drinks, they are always crisp and ice cold. Everything else is not good. Do not recommend.

Didn’t get my food I put in a mobile order. Told me at the window that there was no tortillas. Placed this order in about an hour ago and no notification. These people don’t know what they’re doing.I asked for a refund and they told me I had to do it online. I submitted it but it ain’t gonna do anything.Im never going back there. There’s too much messing around and not enough dedication.

Orderd nachos bel grande combo sub the beef for steak with extra steak, wasnt told they were out of sour cream till after i had to come back to compalin about the nachos, spent 3 to 4 extra bucks to get extra sour cream and to make tacos supream, the first thing of nachos didnt have hardly anything in em, no beans, very very little steak, and hardly no chips, went back the lady took care of it but never offered a refund for the sour cream not going on anything.
