Stayed at Home 2 Suites and IHOP was next door so placed order online. Ordered Classic crispy chicken with bacon, classic Impossible burger with bacon and Jalepeno bites. Walked over picked up order which was 8 minutes later than promised time. Tipped $5 !And went back to room. Jalepeno bites were missing. Do not eat at this restaurant. Went there this morning with a party of seven. There were only two other people in the restaurant. It took an hour for the first meal to arrive at the table after ordering. They literally fixed one meal at a time and brought them out individually (brought one meal out and then went to the kitchen and started the second meal....and so on). I believe our waitress was actually the one cooking the food. Worst experience I have encountered in many years....read full review

Worst service ever. Food was cold, I asked for Mayo and never got it. We had to ask 3 or 4 times to get a refill on my coffee, I undeservedly they might forget when they are in a rush but there were literally only 3 other tables. Got charged for SINK WATER because it was “bottle water”, they never said anything about it being bottled water but that is was it said on the receipt.
