I ordered 3 pizzas for delivery this evening. I was kind of on the fence between ordering from them or a competitor because of the look of their building. The awning thing out front is faded, torn and looks bad. But I went ahead and ordered because they had a special on large one toppings. The delivery driver was great. But the 'your food is on its way' map was terrible. It doesn't show how close or far they are from you. So I had to sit by the door waiting for 10 minutes. Anyways, very happy with the driver! But the pizzas. They had plenty of cheese. But they were so bland. It really wasn't enjoyable eating the couple of slices that I had. And their 'survey' they sent me afterwards was terrible. I spent 3-4 minutes and got halfway through and it locked up and gave me an error message. So I just wasted that time. I'm just unhappy with the entire ordeal!

I thought I did a review in the past but I guess I didn't so I'm doing it now. I've been dealing with this location for awhile now( before and especially DURING Covid) and I NEVER had a bad experience with them, whether I was picking up or having my food delivered and I must say their service is very professional, courteous and friendly, the food is always hot and freshly cooked and the wait time is never overbearing, especially with the delivery orders! THANKS Papa John's and KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! TWO THUMBS UP!!!

Love Papa John’s but I wish they would open a store in the Bonita area! North Hills is so far from the Clarkdale community where I live. All we have on our side of town is a Pizza Hut and it is AWFUL!!! Please come to the South side of town!! Business would be HUGE for you!! ?????????
Went to Papa John's last night after work to order two large pineapple and mushroom sausage Pizza they gave me a pepperoni sausage mushroom pizzas instead the last time I had this happen my husband went to get the pizza like 3 years ago and they banded him for their mistake but yet Papa John's still making mistakes expecting customers to pay for them this is unacceptable very disappointed with Papa John's customer service

Ninety eight percent of the time we get the best food and service. Sometimes the pizza is lacking toppings but that's only been a couple of times. I've been going here for years and they always have the nicest people working there. Service and pizza is almost always great. The little blond girl, who I think is the manager, is top notch! She always greets me by name and asks how I'm doing. Papa John's is more expensive but their pizza and service is higher quality. It's worth it!

Christmas eve, and not knowing everywhere is closing, with 2kids my fiancée and i (pregnant) got turned away. McDonald's couldn't make 4-5 mcdoubles, dominoes trying to wave us off before we get in the parking lot, every light on and employees just talking and on there phones. frantically trying to find some food for the kids and i pulled into papa John's, they where closed for about 15 minutes and still sold us food, me and my family will definitely be coming back for more. plus super yummy ?
