The food wasn't good at all. When they first came to Olive Branch I loved it but, it was disgusting this time. Everything tasted old, including the meat. I won't be returning. The Collierville location is way better.

Two words. . . . CHICKEN SANDWICH!!! Out of this world. They have a solid product and the wait is never long. Super friendly crew too!
We went on a Saturday afternoon, and after trying the food, I don't understand why it wasn't much busier. Started off by placing our order with super helpful, friendly staff. The food, the only serve burgers and chicken sandwiches. We had the burgers, fries and shakes, and the were all DELISH. Tasted like a nicely seared real all beef patties. I think the buns are made fresh, and all that along with fresh toppings of choice made for a fantastic burger. Yes, higher than the chains, but much better food for the price. Try the sear sauce!

I am a weekly patron of SS Colliervile so I expected amazing burgers. These burgers shouldnt even be called Sear Shack burgers. The buns were hard and stale obviously not the daily homemade artisan buns. We couldnt even eat them. The burgers were over done, burnt, crisp halfway to the middle. We should have known from the dining room this was not the Sear Shack we know. I walked into SS OB and there was an empty dining area with garbage on the floor and dirty tables. There were several ppl in the back joking with each other no excuse for that dining room. A girl did come to wipe the tables..with a dirty napkin picked up from a dirty table. She threw it away and then with an empty hand swiped crumbs on other tables, basically moving them around not cleaning. I will never go or recommend this place to anyone. Nasty.

Never again. I told them I had a food allergy, the cashier told the cook, but I got so sick from eating here. I do not feel they took my allergy serious, and under no circumstances will I return.

The burgers are cooked to order and taste amazing. The sear sauce was the perfect compliment to the Angus beef. Definitely a fan.

Place was nice and clean. The food was decent but I rather go to the location in collierville. 3 stars because the cashiers was not friendly AT ALL! She never smiled or tried to make eye contact. She kept looking away as we tried placing our order, which in my opinion is rude. It basically made me feel unwelcomed. The drinks were not good either. I could taste the "bleach". I tried 3 different ones. Overall I think I would give it another try in the future only because I love their burgers but if their customer service doesn't improve I will not be going back.
