I ordered a pizza to be picked up, large hand tossed double pepperoni, pretty simple. I also ordered cheese sticks and a 2 liter. Having worked for PH before, I can tell the breadstick dough was made improperly, it was incredibly thin and not thick and fluffy as it should be. Then for my simple pizza, they put hot honey on it when I did not request it.I attempted to call the store back after I got home and found the poor food quality but they would not answer the phone. I got connected to the call center twice, and got through to the actual store twice, both times I was put on hold for 10+ minutes.I will say that the workers were nice and the atmosphere seemed pleasant. I just wish they didn’t mess up my order.

I ordered two pizzas online. I arrived 15 minutes later than the specified pickup time. There were 6 people in the tiny lobby ahead of me. Absolutely no room to social distance. The monitor showed that my order was ready. The cashier asked my name three different times and I watched her put an order in the warmer. She had a lengthy conversation with an off duty employee about his broke down car, but apparently she couldn't work and talk at the same time. After 15 minutes, she removed the order from the warmer and handed it to me without saying a word. My order had been sitting in the warmer the entire time. Since there was no room to check the order in the store, I took it to my car and opened the boxes. My pizzas were wrong. There was supposed to be green olives, but they were black olives. At this point I am 30 minutes late, so I said forget it and went home. The pizzas were cold and had to be reheated in the oven. The crust wasn't cooked as thoroughly as they normally do. The entire experience was bad. I will not step foot in that location again. I will buy my pizza at Domino's.

Was fast, accurate, and easy when ordering online. Recommend the app though, the site was noticably slower than expected and that had little to do with my phone.

As this is the only Pizza Hut we have now in Oxford, they do stay busy, but they always have my pizza ready and prepared perfectly. Their service is wonderful!

Ordered a pizza online for delivery, somewhere around 6:40pm on 10-21-22. After waiting and waiting, we see the driver left the store. About 10 minutes after that, the driver calls to tell us he isn't bringing the pizza and that it would be much better if we just came and got it. That was not possible at the time, and we asked if another driver could possibly bring it. He said "yeah but honestly it'd be much better if you just came and picked it up yourself." This is after paying all the necessary fees for online orders, and pre tipping the driver. Called store for refund, they put us on hold for about 20 minutes before telling us he was on his way back. Still waiting as I'm typing this review.
