I have been dining at Zaaps for a couple months now. Hands down best Thai in Oxford and it’s not even close. Pad Thai meal is incredible. Even a guy like James Graves, one of the biggest food critics I know, would rate this place highly.

When I tell you I just walked into this place as an empty person, and leaving with a life changing experience, I absolutely mean it. I haven’t had food this good in Oxford, Mississippi since I came as 13 year old to experience City Grocery for the first time and I’m 20 now. This is not only the best Thai place I have ever been to, but there is also a badass staff behind back that treat this like its life or death. This is a MUST to experience or you are missing out.

Food is OK, sometimes hit or miss. Don't go here if you're in a hurry. Kitchen is extremely slow.Update 8/14: Ordered Tofu Pad Thai and it was almost all noodles, some tofu, a little bit of egg. Nothing else in it and not worth the $16 I paid for it.

Small Thai restaurant that packs a big punch of flavor! There was only a cook and a guy running the register so after they delivered our food, we did have to go to the counter to ask for more water, but we did order our food a heat level 5, so we were a little warm. It was absolutely delicious. I have the beef Thai salad, pad Thai and Tom yum Gung soup. Just beware if you have any mobility issues, I did not see a handicap ramp/entrance - there was about 7 stairs you had to climb.Wheelchair accessibility: There was about 7 stairs that had to climb to get to the restaurant. I didn't see a handicap entrance or ramp, this is in a small multi-store building so it's possible there was a ramp on the other end of the building, but we never saw one, so IF there is one, it's a good bit out of the way.

The food is always very good. However, service can be really slow at times. I’ve called in takeout orders and had to wait 45 minutes after arriving at the supposed pickup time. Have never dined in but atmosphere is so so.

We were not greeted with a friendly smile. Employee wearing sweatpants! Food was bland, red curry sauce was like water with very little flavor. Decor is thrown together with little thought.

Absolutely the worst Thai restaurant I have ever been too. What they called red curry was nothing more that red pepper flakes. Other than the pepper flakes it was the most bland food I have ever had. Don’t waste your time or money!!!
