My boyfriend, Michael Blackstock, took me here on our first date on August 10th, 2023. It was great, the food was great, and everyone was so polite! I always ask for the buffet. He orders from the menu. Ten stars from us!
We overnighted nearby and found this place. It is clean and comfortable and the food was great! The staff is so friendly and inviting and accommodating! I mentioned wanting to try the deep fried corn and a gentlemen brought me a piece. They sent us home with a to-go box of the peach cobbler! I recommend the short jaunt off the road for this out-of-the-way, non-commercial eatery!
The food was very good. I ate catfish and shrimp. The people were friendly. The owner was a nice Christian man. However, the buffet price at $20 each was a little outrageous. I didn't even go back for seconds.
