They close at midnight. However, we pulled up at 11 and were told they were closed.

Really? Ordered a Big Mac with extra pickles. I received a Big Mac with nothing on it but cheese. In other words, I paid big Mac price for a double cheeseburger. I was traveling so I didn’t have time to take it back ridiculous to pay that much money for a double hamburger. Ordered inside at 1pm today.

Playplace was so gross. Restaurant was pretty nasty too. Employees standing around talking while people waited forever inside on orders. Kiosks didn't work to place orders. Probably turned off so they could be lazy and not have to bring orders to tables.

Took 20 mins to receive 2 medium Carmel frappes 🙄 after sitting in drive thru for the 20 mins I still had to go on inside to receive my order several other customers were in the same predicament

I recently had a disappointing experience at McDonald's, but it wasn't about the food. I tried to address a concern with a manager, but instead of listening, they became argumentative. Things escalated when a second manager stepped in, waving their hands aggressively and refusing to hear me out. What's even more concerning is that they provided a contact number for further communication, but warned me that the manager wouldn't respond. It seems like they're not interested in resolving issues or listening to customer feedback. I'm taking my experience to higher management, hoping they'll take customer satisfaction seriously. Until then, I'd advise others to be prepared for unprofessional If you value good customer service, you might want to consider other options.
They had a major water leak and water was going everywhere in dining room by bathrooms

Best experience I've had at any Mcdonald's in ages. Service was extremely fast, food was fresh and hot and my coke wasn't flat
It's wild knowing that it's raining and you don't have wet floor signs out. My four year old son fell and now has a decent little gash across his nose. The manager was standing there trying to tell me they were out of ranch LOOKING AT US while I had to basically beg this man for a bandaid and napkins. Absolutely ridiculous.
