At 11:52 am on Monday April 1st in the drive thru there's and women on the speaker taking order and I don't know if someone there made her upset or she just didn't want to be at work but whatever the case is she had an awful attitude on the speaker as if we did something wrong when we're just placing our order at a timely fashion so she didn't have to sound so rude

I love Krystals usually…but not this time. Buns were soggy but not from grease, I can’t even describe or want to know what it was from. Everything just was off from the burgers to the fries. I love their fries, usually. The building is old…and I wasn’t sure this was going to be a good experience…and sadly it wasn’t. I will go back to Krystals just not this location.

Usually pretty good and my boyfriend and I love the little chicken sandwiches but I ate the chili cheese tots and they made me super sick - like laying on the bathroom floor because you know when you get up you’re gonna have to throw up again sick.

We walked in and the place stinks. I should have left at that point. It smells like an old building with mold issues. Never been to a Krystal's before but wanted to give it a try. Waiting on our food the first point is their commitment to a spotless facility which I found funny given the smell and loose broken tiles right where you order. The buns were soggy. Not sure if that's normal? We (my son and I) threw the burgers away. The staff was nice and quick to tend to us but ultimately the food is awful. We both thought the root beer was great. So many places have the syrup to soda ratio off but this was on point.

The owners should do random drive thru orders because the girl with the long hair and gray jacket is horrible! She should not be dealing with customers! Here customer service skills are not there. She looked like she hates her job, didn't want to be there, and didn't want me there! I wont be back.

If you visit the one on poplar avenue across from east high school be prepared to be disappointed. They are frequently out of items and the service leaves a lot to be desired. Other area locations seem to be better.
A friend & I went and got about three Krystal's & fries they were fresh & tasted good best burgers I had in a few minutesParking: It's plenty of parking

We have spent the past seven years in Northern Colorado. There are NO Krystal Restaurants anywhere! The closest is a White Castle Restaurant and if you have eaten these, you know they are not the same thing. Nothing like a genuine Krystal. Hot fresh and steamed onions can't be beaten. We bought the 24-pack and they were cooked fresh and were delicious food.

Thanks for caring management!! You guys have turned the quality of this place all the way around! This last time I ate here about a year ago it was a horrible experience, but I gave it another shot due to seeing the involvement of management in this review section and I'm happy to say that the food is almost perfect!! The crystals were perfectly made and warm. The fries were great, the only gripe was that the taste of the drink was off. But that par the course for even some of the best restaurants. This is a much needed improvement. Now only if Hardee's management at Goodman and i55 would change in this way. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend!!
