On Feb 23 2023 .....The drive thru Guy was very disrespectful and when ask to speak with the manager he laugh at me a said ur speaking to him when I ask for the general manager he slammed the window close and went to the office very unprofessional needs to be retrain on how to do his job properly

Whoppers were delicious ? Service was a bit slow, but they were short staffed. Dining area floor was messy. It needed a good sweeping.

We order and paid online. I hopes that, it would save us time. NOPE!! We get there and drive up and they say “ you’ll have to go through the drive thru and get in the back of the line and then we will have your order ready. We waited 30 minutes in the drive thru.

I understand if your out of stock on some items but chicken nuggets and chicken sandwiches were completely out of stock only thing left was some ghost pepper whopper. This place has gone down hill big time and something needs to happen soon. If you want great service and better food try the other locations beside this one.

Great food and value. Fast thru the drive thru. A little dirty outside and locals like to walk thru the drive through instead of going inside for some reason. Nuggets are a steal! Love the fries. ?Parking: Tight parking especially when Sysco is delivering and hogging 3/4 of the lot.

They need to update their hours if they’re not going to be open during advertised business hours. Went to the drive through at 9am and there was no one to take an order.
Ate here tonight...service was sub-par...no one was in the dinning room and we waited 5 minutes for service..the onion rings were so dark and dried out I exchanged them for fries...no ice in the machine, sodas were heavily watered down and it seemed an inconvenience to ask for ice and ketchup. The sign said dinning room open till 11 pm. It was not even 10 pm and it got locked. Had to asked to be let out. Will not come here again.

Nasty & Dirty.Rude staff. Manager leaves new employees unsupervised to be rude and abusive then leads by example of being ruder when they have no clue about their incompetent employees failures.

Theirs was the slowest service I've experienced at such a place ever. There or three customers there during my stay. It must have been extremely complicated to make French toast sticks and coffee in an expedient amount of time.
