I have a couple minor tips / feedback to amp up the quality of oatmilk latte, overall this was a great experience! The customer service was excellent, the woman helping us was informative, kind, and patient as it was our first time there. She was detail oriented ensuring we got the drink we ordered and that it was made to our liking.To give this place an edge to its competitors, I would recommend using a different oat milk. The Costco oatmilk has a specific taste. Costco has the blue barista brand which is a much better option. Slightly pricier, but 10 times tastier. Also, the coffee was a bit too hot. I was too excited to taste it…Again, overall this was a great experience. They used real maple syrup and the service was excellent. The drive through experience was clean and the menu presented well. I would recommend this place! Also, GREAT prices!Dietary restrictions: Dairy free and vegan options!

This was my first time ordering from Florence coffee company and I am impressed. I got 2 coffees to go at the drive thru and they didn't take long at all to make. The hot drinks were tasty and we didn't have to add any cream or sugar or anything to make them better like at Starbucks. The girls even gave my dog a pup cup! Thank you!

They close at 6:30 but I went once at 6:00 and they told me it was too late to make anything with espresso ☹️

Excellent service and drinks. Only one barista but her attitude was great and she had it down. Very organized and knew her stuff. My husband had the breve latte. Much much better than the one he had Starbucks in Airway Heights (WA) the day before. I tried the Huckleberry Lemonade with Black Tea (I’m a coffee nut but when I’m Montana I always try their huckleberry options if it’s my morning coffee). Very good!
