We Ordered the $20.00 Fill up box, the Fries were as Hard as rocks, the Chicken Nuggets were overcooked as well as the 4 pieces of chicken, REALLY KFC? The Biscuits were old and we went at Dinnertime! This was a Disgusting Meal! Seems like they don't care either!

After forgetting to grab our drinks at the drive thru, we came back in asking for them (along with a KFC we didn't realize we didn't receive) and were greeted with no one working the counter. It felt like we were waiting like 5 - 10 minutes but also there was no one in the line. The lady in front of us said she was waiting forever and we didn't get someone to help us until we hollered that we hadn't been served. When the lady at the window was informed she said it was our fault! We still received our drinks but we had to wait and ask again until we got out jfc bowl. Overall this place is mediocre and very unprofessional. Have not heard good things from others.

30 minute drive thru experience. 2 sandwiches and a cheese curd took 30 minutes. Was told by a cashier, "so sorry. Your next meal is on us." But provided no slip of proof. Also, they forgot the bbq sauce on the two BBQ sandwiches. At least the cheese curds were fresh.

That cashier lady is insanely rude. Also why throw condiments and utensils on top of my food that’s disgusting!! Put it in a different bag or my hand. Might as well spit on my food next

ordered some chicken mashed potatoes and the chicken was so salty we couldn't eat it then when they re-did the order they put a lot of salt and paper packets in the bag looked like the was trying to be funny we come to this location a lot but won't be dealing with them

I watched the lady grab my nuggets without gloves and then drop one on the floor. She picked it up and put it in the box! She also grabbed my fries without gloves. Absolutely disgusting and they lost my business

3 times now I have ordered chicken. And all 3 times it has taste like fish . I can't stand fish. That is why I order chicken. I don't plan on going there anymore. Until it is fixed. I don't like wasting money on stuff I can't eat.
