The last 3 times, my husband and I have gone there for a sandwich. It has been terrible service, low quality food. Poorly presented and wrapped sandwiches. And so much more... Needless to say, the third time was the charm. We won't be using this Subway in Butte again! Even though it's minutes from our house and likely where even Door Dash would go if we ordered it for delivery.Doesn't matter, we won't use Door Dash to order Subway either for all of those reasons!We would rather drive to another TTown entirely than to use this particular Subway again!

I went there the other night and the young man was awesome. He was closing the place that night and while he made my sandwich he was super nice and singing along to the ? music. To top it off my chicken bacon ranch was excellent!!! ?

The Montana Street Subway is severely lacking in every aspect. Today was our 2nd time going through the drive thru. We waited for the car in front of us and watched drove off without getting waited on. Then our turn came and we never got service either. I won't be back. Strike 2, not giving a chance for strike 3.

Kind of a bummer how outrageous the prices have become. I go there and get the same 6" sandwich once a month or so and every time it's a different price, sometimes more sometimes less. This time it was $10.... For a 6" spicy Italian. TEN dollars?! I just don't understand how it's a different price Everytime I go there. Food and employees are great but I swear the prices seem to be just numbers drawn out of a hat.

Ordered delivery and the most of our order was wrong. Called to let the manager know and he immediately offered to replace all wrong sandwiches and explained he was working with a trainee that day. Even knowing we were out of towners he made sure to give us the best experience possible. Incredible service at this particular location.
I don't know what it is worth you guys and avocado but the last 3or 4 times I got a sandwich for pick up, there is no avocado lol. Other then that is fine?

Have to wait a bit longer than my expected pick up time but over all satisfied with the Montana Ave subway in butte. Way better than the deer lodge one. Haven't had any mistakes on any of my orders.

I waited for 10 minutes for somebody to take my order in the drive-through. Then I waited another 10 minutes to get my sandwich. Terrible customer service. Do not use the drive-through if you are looking for convenience. You are better off going inside, or truly better off going somewhere else altogether
