We always have great experiences and great food at this location! We’re there so often that the servers have started to recognize us and anticipate our needs before we ask!
Came in about 5pm two adults and two children under 4. Server was amazing but let’s talk about the food. I am 24 weeks pregnant and ordered the Cilantro Lime Carne Asada it came out raw. I am talking frozen in the middle still raw. I asked the server to have them cook it because a pregnant person should not consume raw meat. It came back still raw. They basically covered the meat with more sauce to cover up that it was still raw.

After a long day of travel we were hungry. The host was great and seated us promptly and directed us to a menu for gluten free options. Unfortunately our waitress was not very helpful and when our GF electronic menu closed on me I asked for her help and she responded with “I don’t know” and walked away. I saw the host again and he gladly came over and assisted me. I decided I’d just have a burger with no bun, when the waitress came back to our table she informed us they had no burgers left. Okay, back to menu, a little frustrated but said to my husband I can just order a salad with grilled chicken. When she returned for our order after a long wait she informed us they were out of salad! It was 6pm on a Sunday evening! At that point we just paid for our drinks and left. We should have talked to a manager and given them a chance to make it right but at that point we were tired and frustrated and went to Applebees for a nice hot dinner!!

Went to this place on the 18th n the service was shabby literally waited hr and half for our food, only half of the order came out which was ribs and that was out before are appetizers, salad, Mac n cheese, and a chicken Alfredo which we didn’t get at all. So when we decided to get up and leave the waitress comes out n says it’ll be done in 5 mins. But I told her we waited long enough n so she went got her manager which he came out n acted shabby so I know where the waitress got her bad customer service skills. On top of that 3 parties that came in way after us got their food, we watched this waitress go from table to table checking on every one but are table, we had to get up n go ask her to get us refills also. So overall shabby place

Fantastic eats here .. Took a little longer to wait for the food to arrive but it was worth it. Portions were on the large side and spice level was just right!! We will be back!

Walked over from the hotel after a ong day of travel and we were greeted by a miserable young woman who said, it's an hour and a half wait for a table. The restaurant was 1/2 full at the most. The parking lot was empty. We replied and hour and a half? She said yes....we have no staff in the kitchen. You will be lucky to get food at all.

I pick up delivery orders for other people. The lady that works ToGo service is super friendly. Always has a smile. Always keeps me informed about issues with orders in the kitchen so that I can keep the customers informed about there order. I always enjoy picking up orders here. If I could solely pick up Chilis orders I would but the system sends me to other places. Keep up the great work.
Some of the worst service I've ever gotten. Food was okay but they really need to step up their game when it comes to service. They are also not dasher friendly at all, they treat you like they're annoyed that you're there to pick up an order.
