The service was terrible, waited forever over looked at least 3 or 4 times and they screwed up the order. The Manager/waitress was rude and didn't show any concern. I will never walk in the door to this place again.

I ordered a small ice cream cone dipped in chocolate. There was not even one full scoop of cream on it! There was more chocolate dip on the cone than I had ice cream. Don't think I will be returning!

While I was in treatment they took us all over to Dairy Queen for a field trip after an event on Saturday. CHRISTY AND AJ were working that day. They were both absolutely amazing, they had great customer service, and they helped out all of us (there was nearly 30 of us excited to be there). Good job to them! They were cool calm and collected and should definitely be recognized for the way they handled 30 people in recovery all getting their Dairy Queen on at once. Hahaha much love! It was awesome! Huge shout out the the worker Wolf!Super amazing customer service and the best I ever experienced at this location! I only got ice cream but this guy told me to pull to the “Thank you” sign and he brought my ice cream out to me in the freezing snowy weather.Truly above and beyond service!Thank you Wolf

I haven’t been here in a while since I received horrible service. I came back about 4 weeks ago and heard the most pleasant and welcoming voice on the intercom. I got to the window and asked the lady her name. She said Christina. We went in for lunch today and she welcomed us back in and asked if I wanted the strawberry sundae again. Thank you for remembering and thank you for being so amazing and sweet. I will definitely be back.

Waited 40 minutes for a kids 4 piece chicken strip meal.. Spoke with the manager and it was definitely not a concern to any of them. I highly recommend avoiding this Dairy qeen! All of the other Dairy queens in town I've never had a problem.Parking: This place needs alot of help!
