Having recently purchased property in the area, my wife and I have been looking for a place to get our hot and cold coffee drinks, having tried more than a few spots we settled on City Brew,for more than a few reasons, besides IMHO having the best drinks around, at every location I have gone to has had knowledgeable people about their profession as well as being some of the friendliest and nicest people too. I highly recommend them if you are in the area.
I’m being very generous with the stars. Sometimes they have very good costumer service but others times it can be very bad. There is one older lady that works at the one on prospect I think it is. Anyways there is one lady who is very rude and it seems like she doesn’t like her job. She also doesn’t wear her mask properly. She likes to dump all of her problems on to the costumers. Huge city brew fan have been for a very long time.Customer service is a major issue. I always order the same exact thing every time. Obviously I know how much it is there is several ladies that will try over charge me up to $2.50 more than the actual price. Probably pocketing the cash as "tip" money how the owners don't catch on is beyond me. The theft from customers really needs more attention brought to it. I had let it slip by a time or two. Probably happened...
