My wife and I came in April 7th and the assistant manger Michelle was very rude to my wife at the front counter while ordering. After we sat down to wait for our food she was sticking her hands in the dirty dishes and trash bins then going and grabbing food to serve people wearing the same gloves she stuck in the trash and dirty dishes. She was very unprofessional and while the food is good, we will not be returning.

The restaurant was clean. There were alot of employees hanging in the pick up window chatting. I was so looking forward to great food. This is not what I got. I ordered two orders and they both looked like the pictures. I threw them away and ate popcorn. Not only did they not look good they were disappointing in taste. Completely disappointing for 30 dollars wasted.

Unfortunately tonight sucked... I spent 30 dallor on a one sandwich, one drink and a chicken teriyaki bowl the chicken teriyaki bowl looked half eaten as if was a employee meal. I've been here several times to this location in kalispell and never had this happen. I do have pictures it's is very unacceptable.
Appalling customer service. Waited at counter for 10 minutes without being greeted while employees stood talking to each other and one of them actually came around the counter and cut in front of us without saying anything to put their own order in. The kid who finally took our order didn’t say anything just stared at us, and didn’t answer our questions about the menu and didn’t give us our drinks. When the food was done he threw it on our table and walked away without saying anything. The people who work here seem completely vacant to put it kindly. Also they were blaring Santa music obnoxiously loud.

This is no reflection on the food or staff but the disconnect from the Corp office to the consumer. If I want a salad without chicken then stop price gouging the consumer by charging full price for a salad. You can easily have a price for all of your salad and an up charge for adding chicken. Most of the restaurants do it get with the times.

Pretty good, just your avwrage panera but these guys have a habit of messing up my orders. The first time, they gave us broccoli cheddar macaroni and cheese instead of broccoli cheddar soup. This time I paid the price for a bread bowl, but only got the soup and a randomly added bag of chips as if that makes up for it. Dont go here if you want something specific and mind mix-ups. Also the young lady in the drive through had this nasty rude look on her face when she saw that my driver was overweight, so they are judgemental too.
