Went thru the drive thru to order a Ruben meal. Took 20m to even get service and finally got my food got back to work to eat and they made the sandwich with 2 heals of the loaf. That's gross no restaurant serves heals. I will never go thru there again. Poor service food quality has drastically gone down hill.

The roast beef just wasn't very good at all. Love their turnovers. It looks like you put it on the grill . So now flavored from whatever you Had on the grill. Just because some lady said your meat was raw. It looked perfect to me. I would prefer it that way. Well, that's my guess.

Cheerful help.Awful fish!! I think the fish product is far below good fast food. If I wanted frozen fish sticks, I would get from the grocery store.You can do so much better. I'll never buy them again. Total disappointment. The curly fries were good.Good luck getting people to eat there twice.

I have been patronizing this Arby's for years. I am always extremely impressed by my experience. Staff is always friendly but also very personable and willing to go out of their way to take care of me as a customer. There was an employee that I got to know a couple years ago who would save up scraps of meat from my dogs and just give them to me, this is not something I ever asked for but this guy was clearly a dog lover and I greatly appreciated his generosity. The players are probably not supposed to do this, but I still appreciated it and it meant a lot to me and a lot to my dogs
