In reference to store #14, I have been a loyal customer of city brew since 2015 when we moved our store next to their location on Brooks Street. I have enjoyed the associates and how consistently friendly they are. The past two days I have went through the drive through the customer service was less than desirable. On 2-19-25 I thought the person was just having an off day. However today 2-20-25 it was worse than yesterday. I was so disappointed with this drive through associates customer service I just had to look at her name badge. I couldn't believe it it was the Store her name is Rebecca. As a store manager I would expect that she of all people should have excellent customer service skills. She didn't ask if I was a rewards member or if I needed a receipt, nothing. I had to tell her I was a rewards member. She seemed annoyed when she had to look me up. I have been in the customer service industry as a General Manager for over 30 years and know what it means to treat your customers with excellence and respect, that is how we stay in business. I am seriously sad to say today was my last visit to store #14 Joanna Rogers SM Sally Beauty # 10504

Odered a coffee in side its already been 10 minutes they have 1 person making coffee and its for the drive thru.... I ordered a 5$ americano and tippped 10 minutes in no drink..? No reason it should not quickly be made for inside customers first within 5 minutes.... starbucks can do it? City brew get it together... sad..

The batista that sold me my cookie was so nice,but the barista that gave me my cookie like an hour later when I realized I forgot to take my cookie before I sat down was even nicer :)

It is my understanding espresso is a made to order beverage. Today I ordered a quad shot espresso over extra ice w extra cream. When I got to the window, the barista informed me she thought my espresso was better suited in a 12oz, and so that is what she tried to hand me. I had to have her put it in the 16 ounce cup which she did not want to do. This completely baffled me. How did the conversation in her mind go, to make her think I wanted something other than what I ordered? I just wanted what I ordered, no adjustments to accommodate the baristas taste.

I ordered roughly 40+$ worth of food & drinks they were out of the egg bites I wanted so settled for alternative option the veggie. They were so dry. I also order an everything bagel sandwich with egg and sausage. The bagel was so tough. Along with the bagel and egg bites I ordered the spicy breakfast biscuit and.. the biscuit was so soggy. Oof, then they totally forgot my drink. I won't be back. Sadly the food is a complete miss for me and the customers service is poor.
