I accidentally got charged twice so I called up the store to correct that. Person on phone was extremely rude and snobby about it, but took care of it. Said our order was confirmed. Waited two hours with no food so I gave them a call again. They said word to word: “We didn’t make it so yeah… wanna order again I guess?” The lady was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Don’t order here. The team sucks.

They might get your order right. I have tried again and again to give them a chance. But at least 1/4 pizzas I order needs to be remade. SLOW DOWN. I honestly won't bother anymore. The last time I had to wait I watched an employee get yelled at by the manager in front of customers and employees. Im betting it's just a miserable place to work. Definitely not professional of the manager.

Pizza was okay. They forgot the marinara that I'd paid for with the cheese sticks, and I swear there was no sauce on any of our pizza. Definitely two changes I would make going forward- extra sauce on the pizza and marinara for the parmesean bites. The team was friendly though.

My wife had one of your pizzas delivered to her Motel room last night 01/25/2024 and when I picked her up this morning she asked me to look at it, It looked and smelled like a frozen pizza that you would buy at WinCo or Walmart.I think she deserves better since we do not live within 50 miles of a Dominos, I hope You choose to make this right for next time we come to town.

Ordered two extravaganza pizzas for delivery. It stated that Myah was leaving with our delivery. From the store to our apartment it is less than a mile away. More than a half hour later the delivery driver called and said she got lost "We have never had that issue before" Once the order came, no apology, she just left. Once we opened our pizza's, these are what we got! Check the pictures. Mind you extravaganza pizza's are supreme. So I called the store..... Sage the manager answers, sarcastic and rude and tells me that her among the other's have been working doubles. I'm sorry about that! But you NEVER throw that out to a customer as a defense, totally unprofessional! And also, how does working a double prevent you from putting the fair amount of ingredients on a pizza that people are paying for??? Whoever owns this location should really think twice about putting someone like that as a "manager."

Here from California ??♀️First time I get pizza from here I thought there the best of the best, I come back second time and was different taste, I’m still going to try 3rt time hopefully will be amazing again, so nice people work here, definitely come back every time I can ??????☺️

So I ordered a pizza and pasta, the pasta without onions. I picked it up at the store and brought it home, which isn't close, only to discover that the pasta had onions and didn't have the mushrooms it comes with. I called to tell them about the mistake, the guys said the next time I order they could give me one if I called it in, or they could send me out a replacement one tonight. I told them where I live and that I originally did pick up, he said that'd be no problem that they could deliver it. I said great thank you, I'll have it delivered now then. Waited 2 hours and when no one still showed up I called the store, the guy I talked to then said something was refunded. I said I hadn't heard anything about that, that I was told they were sending me a new one and the guy took down my address and everything. He said they're short on delivery drivers. I started saying how I wish someone would have communicated this to me as I've been waiting for 2 hours for someone to come, didn't take a shower so I could hear the door, basically just waiting around, and the guy hung up on me. I can't believe how rude he was. I get that people get busy, I get that mistakes happen, but you do not need to be rude to the customer, especially when you got their order wrong, and then had them wait around for 2 hours for nothing. Very disappointed and definitely will not be ordering from this location again any time soon.
