Famous Daves is always fun and the selection of food is always great along with the stellar customer service. It's a wonderful place to unwind after a ling work week and the atmosphere is rustic and comfortable. Sure wish they served fried okra.
It's a very nice restaurant..... But a bit pricey....3 people ate and it was just over $100 dollars....Parking: Plenty of parking no problem.Kid-friendliness: The full-time servers were very kind and very caring and I sincerely appreciate that.. ?
I love this place. My go-to for BBQ. The sauces. The service. It's all so good. Ask for a sauce tour!

Holy cow what a fantastic time. The food was amazing and the service impeccable. I think our server was Kylie, what an absolute queen. They were out of what we wanted, but her recommendations were amazing. Best ribs ever!
Traveling through Montana. Stopped in Missoula for a hotel and something for the wive’s birthday. The staff was super friendly and welcome our service dog with no issues. Very clean establishment. The food was like all the others in the Pacific Northwest - great. Our waitress Beckie was a super attentive waitress. It seems.She catered to all of her needs.Kid-friendliness: Kids always welcomeWheelchair accessibility: Easy access into and to your table.

We ordered a family size entree and a whole pie for curbside pick up on NYE. When we got home and opened the bag we noticed we were only given a slice of pie. My family members and I tried to call the store to have the mistake corrected. We called over 10 times and each time the phone was picked up and set on the counter without being answered. We could hear them talking and working but no one would answer. We went to the store and they said they would refund the whole pie but they wouldn't be able to give me a receipt because they have to wait until the end of the night to balance the books. According to the manager the credit card machine can't give refunds until after the end of the night. I have my original receipt with his handwritten note on the back saying I would be refunded. I still have not received the refund. I have written to the general offices and still no response. This is horrible customer service. All I wanted was a simple refund for the pie I never received. So I ended up paying almost 17 dollars for a single slice of pie and was treated horribly for asking for a refund.

We had a very forgetful and slow waitress, but there was another waitress who was helping. Food was great.
We ordered a curbside pick up with only two items, a family size entree and a whole pie. My grandson picked it up for us because we were feeling poorly. When we opened the bag we found only one slice of pie. My family and I tried to call the restaurant over 10 times. Each time the phone would be picked up without anyone saying anything and it would be set on the counter. We could hear them talking and working buy no one would answer. I had to go down to the store and ask them to refund me for the pie. They said they did but I couldn't have a receipt unless I wanted to wait until they balanced the till at the end of the night! I had the manager note that on my original receipt. I still have not received my refund. I sent a formal complaint to HQ and still no response. So I basically paid 17 dollars for a single slice of pie.
Beat BBQ in town! Best cook!
