Went there yesterday and forgot to get my stamp at the beginning of the transaction (I feel they should also ask for your card for a stamp to avoid this situation since it is impossible to get the stamp after you pay) before I got my drink I remember and they told me because I had already paid I could not get a stamp! I was confused and upset. I asked if they could just refund it and do the transaction again and they did they couldn’t do that. I paid cash I should have just said I didn’t want the drink and got my money back and gone somewhere else. I was one stamp away from my free one. Needless to say we won’t be back again! Very disappointing!

I have been to this location loads of times. Hadnt been to it in a little bit, but I figured Id bring my son by today for his steamer and my latte. The lady took the steamer order, and then ignored me after that. She did not put the flavor in that I asked for, never asked if I wanted anything else, and then was shocked that a 12 oz steamer was for the child in the back seat. My son did not get the drink he wanted, I didnt get one at all, and now I will not go back to this location. The line might be longer at another location, but I would suggest the wait over this.

Every time I go to this location, they take what feels like forever to make drinks. And the drinks don’t even taste right. The only Florence coffee I’ve been that tastes right and has excellent service is the one on Brooks St.
