Love me some highlander!!! Suggestions get ranch no pizza place or restaurant doesn’t have ranch. I wasn’t the only one asking as I sit here writing this. Marinara is gross. We are in a time that all should be excepted food and people. Get ranch don’t discriminate! Make ranch great again!!!!

Fantastic beer and pizza by the slice! I get the strawberry wheat and my husband gets the devils hump red ale. You can sit outside by the creek in the spring and summer. It can be a little noisy with traffic since the road is literally right behind it. Nice place to visit if our family is in town.

Found this place during our recent visit to Missoula and fell in love. Highlander is a solid brewery with good pizza and fast service and a comfortable industrial-style setting, but what stood out for us was the family-friendly atmosphere. The layout of the brewery include a somewhat out-of-the-way area with a small indoor playground and this was perfect for us and our child, as it allowed him to play and us to watch him while not disturbing those less interested in hanging out around children. Indeed, during one visit, there were at least ten kids running around the play area (the area is set up for younger kids) yet staying out of the way of others. Overall, a fantastic experience.

My husband and I came here with our two kids, brother and sister in law for the Igloo rental and The service was GREAT, the beer and pizza were amazing! We want to thank the staff for a wonderful experience, even laughing with us! We have already rented it again for next month! We will see you then!

We like our kick your boots up and relax with friends bar. Now they have added a few bar top tables, more dart area and some new life to some of the decor. I'm glad they didn't take the carpet off the ceiling though. It's old and funky but it's got character and we fondly have called this bar the Carpet Bar for years. The bar food is pretty good too. Beer is cold music is loud and it's always N all around good time. ?

Great food, mediocre beer. HOWEVER, they advertise “Detroit whole pizza” for $18. Since there was six in our party, we ordered a whole pizza. Turns out, they charge by the slice so a whole cheese pizza was $32! When we inquired, they said, “Oh sorry. We try to make that clear by saying Detroit.”
