Unfortunately the restaurant has closed it's doors indefinitely due to staffing issues. It was a great place to grab a burger and beer. I'm saddened that they had to close their doors.

This place gets 3 stars based on food being good and acceptable.place could use better cleaning and Sanitation.location needs better training to run the business efficiently along with paying the staff well so they won't leave.this location struggled on those accounts and currently sits vacant and overheard the lease was not started up again meaning the place went out of business despite same owners that own jakers down the road owned or ran this location.I can't even use my free burger and fry voucher for my birthday unless I want to drive to Billings.big fail.my rating won't change until things improve which I don't see happening anytime soon.

I hope Doug and Jake the owners of this restaurant feel great about what they just did to the employees at this establishment. shut down the business and say it's staff shortage when in all reality the business is full of coeruption and higher ups who only care about their next dollar not an ounce of care or respect goes to the employees. I feel bad for the staff. this place deserved to be shut down though. they should treat people better and their staff and maybe the business would run.

Good burgers, the service is good BUT they are understaffed so it creates longer waits. Bartenders are on the ball and make a good drink.

So I have an absolutely garbage history with this chain restaurant I've been to a ton of these restaurants and it became a joke. I never got what I ordered or it wasn't cooked right (or it was cold) so when I hit up the Missoula branch my expectations were hovering just above food poisoning. These guys shocked me by 1 cooking my burger correctly and 2 giving me the burger I actually ordered. Way to go guys the Alaska, Texas, Nevada, Oklahoma, and New Mexico branches should send guys to you for training.Kid-friendliness: This place is always fun for my kids with their own kid friendly meals

When I lived in Missoula this place was great, but now I live four hours away. I've visited town three times in the last month for various reasons and have tried to get in to eat Dinner at Red Robin five times during those visits. I've been turned away every time due lack of staff, as early as 6:45 p.m., and been told that I can't get anything to-go.It's probably great if you can get in earlier, but I can't. The employees themselves are awesome and friendly, the food smells great, but management is always rude when they do come to the front to speak to customers.Other restaurants in town who pay better consistently have employees who show up. Maybe if Red Robin did the same they wouldn't have this issue. As it is now, I'm surprised they haven't closed this one down entirely.

The last time I tried to go they were closed with nothing posted. I went again today and there was an 1 and a half wait due to short staff . Service was slow . Asked for a dr. Pepper that never came. Chicken salad had very little chicken in it. Bathrooms were dirty. Fries were hot and fresh. Waiter was friendly.

Absolutely the worst ever. I was served a small stack of onion rings that were inedible. They were saturated in salt. I received my entree and the same thing. I haven't had a decent experience or edible food here in the past 14 months. Prior to that... all good.

No staff unfortunately. Went one evening they closed at 2. Went the next day, Hour+ wait after ordering when restaurant was nearly empty. Order was incorrect - wrong burger, but ate it and didn't complain. Staff that did show up were great, they didn't need the piling on...but also looked like they could use a busser. The place was dirty and a disaster. Will need to get their act together before going back. Understand the difficulty getting staff, but I would be working the floor if I owned the place.

The service was good, the food was sub par. The burger patties were overcooked. Pretty discouraging for a $94 meal for 4 people. For that kind of money we should have gotten much better food. We don't plan on ever trying it again.

Great experience with the wait staff and the food was very good!!!It took about 40 mins for our food to come out and the booth seats where we sat were torn up in many places. It just appears to need to refurbished and thoroughly cleaned.

We called this Red Robin to place a 'To Go' order. While the lady was taking our order she was barking orders at one of her co-workers. Then she would talk to me like I was one of her co-workers. I should have canceled my order then, but I didn't. I arrived to pick up my food 35 minutes after placing my order. They told me that they were waiting for one of my burgers to cook, so I waited and waited and waited. They continued to tell me that they are just waiting on one burger. I waited for my food for 45 minutes at the establishment. And that's after placing my order 35 minutes prior! EVERYTHING was cold! I paid $85 for cold food! The kids working didn't care much about hearing my concerns. If we didn't have microwave in our hotel room I would have returned the food. We were so extremely disappointed with the food and service at this establishment. I have always enjoyed Red Robin, but the Missoula one is horrible! Go somewhere else, anywhere else!

I've tried to go the past 2 nights and haven't been able to. I checked the hours online and arrived at 8 yesterday (they closed at 8:45) and was told they were closing already. When I came tonight there were signs on the door that they will be closed today, when those signs weren't up yesterday and I'm assuming the rest of the week. I love the food here but with the inaccuracy of the hours I can't rely on the restaurant being open for dinner.

Our server, Brandy, was AMAZING. There were a comedy of errors out of her control tonight and she handled them with such grace and humility. Brandy was attentive to my family and patient when we all tend to talk at the same time. Brandy is a server that anyone would be lucky to have on their team. (We just met her tonight!) she had great energy especially as school at the University just started classes.

The food was generally ok. However, Laura our waitress is the one that should have 5 stars. We had a time limitation because we just drove 200 miles for an appointment. They were fairly busy and I told Laura we were in a hurry. Laura didn't let us wait for anything. It was as if we had our very own private server. She kept coming back to check on us and it was really appreciated. I was so grateful for the EXCELLENT quick service that me and my wife left very very generous tip. She certainly earned it.
