Turtle Bakery and Cafe has delicious food and is much more reasonably priced than nearby restaurants. The service is excellent and their margaritas are tasty and not watered down. They're even served in cute cups. The blackened fish tacos were our favorite. I highly recommend them.

Best place for coffee or any meal!! The Scones, ice cream and tacos are my fav. They have a happy hr for drinks and food. Give yourself the chance to be pampered by this great place. Make sure to ask for loquito repellent and if you come with company, order diverse deserts and enjoy!!!
Parking: The parking has a cost of 20 Pesos per hr if you stamp your ticket. They don’t take cards for this payment but they do take cash pesos or dollars.
Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu that it’s sooo good. I always take some food from my kids meals.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are tables with no stairs, but the way from the car to the restaurant it’s paved with Little Rock’s.

One of the best places in town you can eat. Their food is all fresh and made from scratch. Their happy hour is amazing! We came here twice during one of our trips and had some delicious tacos and ceviche.

The food at Turtle Bay is consistently good and the menu has a wide array of choices. Breakfast, lunch or dinner, this is a good option. My favorite is the Italian flatbread, but the parmesan fish is a close second! Save room for ice cream, the habanero chocolate is delish!
Vegetarian options: The lentil burger is very tasty as is the margherita flatbread! Many of the breakfast options are vegetarian.
