Be cautious when settling the bill! I visited this restaurant based on recommendations, and the tacos were delightful. However, there was an issue during payment. The waitress inputted an amount on the card machine that was more than four times the price of our order, citing it was to cover card transaction fees, which seemed unreasonable. Nevertheless, after presenting her with a photo of the handwritten receipt (which I had taken in advance) and calculating the total myself, she adjusted the charge. Moreover, she inquired whether I wanted to add a tip before finalizing the card payment, which I declined, opting to give cash instead. Despite enjoying the meal, the incident left me feeling unsettled.

DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM! When paying, the waitress said she wouldn't pass the card due to lack of Internet when she said she could route it, she said there was a risk of swiping it twice and the money would go directly to the owner and she wouldn't be able to give it back to me, so she asked me to exchange the card. money in a bad conversion. After losing money on the conversion, she said she would swipe the card but would charge a fee and at the time the machine wasn't working just because it was in airplane mode.

The worst service we have received in Mexico. The waiter seemed like it was a personal insult that we were in the restaurant. Nachos with pastor were quite delicious, but their carnitas are the driest I've tasted in a long time.There are better restaurants in the area.

Fantastic place to come for traditional Mexican tacos. They were absolutely delicious, generous portions and cheap! We both had pastor and ate for less than $300 including drinks and a tip. Highly recommend.
Expected more from the cancún strip restaurant wise, but there weren't a lot of options when we got there. Ended up eating at this restaurant as it had a vegetarian option (vegetarian wire). Food was tasty (the dips were VERY spicy!). Waiters didn't speak much English. Overall a nice meal out.
Vegetarian options: One vegetarian dish which was tasty (vegetarian wire - various vegetables and cheese fried with pineapple, served with corn tortillas)
