My husband and I ordered the 12 course tasting menu and it was amazing! Visually stunning and delicious through out. The flavor profiles were so unique and meeting the chef and creator of this menu was a special treat. This was our first time dining here and it will certainly not be our last. We were treated so well and felt very welcomed. Giovanni our server was incredible and so pleasant! We highly recommend dining here.

This is a wonderful dining experience. The chef has truly taken old and indigenous recipes and traditions that made this dinner unforgettable. Eat the soft shell crab and the Cornish hen. My husband had the pork that was fenomenal

Somos de Barcelona y Puerto Rico y celebramos nuestra cena de aniversario en Ramona. Este restaurante es un sueño y su comida una auténtica delicia. La atención recibida en mesa fue de las mejores que hemos tenido en años, (no recordamos el nombre del señor, pero nos dijo que había visitado Vigo y Barcelona), y fue extremadamente amable, servicial, elegante y profesional, y queremos hacer mención especial de él. Al final del postre tuvo el detalle de traernos un pastel de chocolate con frutos rojos y una bengala espectacular y hoy nos lo hemos comido de desayuno. El sitio idílico para cerrar nuestro viaje en México, una vez más, muchísimas gracias!!

Nice quiet atmosphere. Service was attentive. The corn soup and soft shell crab taco were excellent appetizers. Lobster entres were perfectly prepared and delicious. Margaritas were freshly prepared. Took a bit to get the check split but came out ok. Would definitely return.

Siempre me ha gustado Ramona pero en esta ocasión la comida estuvo aceptable y el servicio también. Me sorprendió que no tuviera la calidad maravillosa de siempre.

I do not recommend the place in terms of the food, it is very bad and in very small proportions for a high price, none of the places have good food, the service is clearly good treatment to convince the sale, the atmosphere is bad, a lot of noise and people shouting as if you didn't hear, the drinks are not recommended either, it is best that you buy in the stores on the road since you will incur the expense.

This hotel is sexy. Beautiful..... but the ambiance at this restaurant was completely ruined by screaming toddlers making a complete ruckus. The staff just allowed it to continue. Pretty crazy considering this was the fancy restaurant of the resort. Pretty disappointing

Ramona was fantastic Our seat was besides a window overlooking the water and ground . The restaurant is more spacious than I thought from the online photos.Service was very attentive and helped when asked with dinner choices.We had the Buratta salad and beet salad as appetizer both wer super fresh and delicious . The Burratta was a favorite . For dinner we had the fresh seabass and the short rib both were supper flavorful . We were concerned about trying the short rib . But it did not disappoint us . It was dry tender not fatty at all and in a nice brown sauce .Dessert we choose the churro sample which came with three dips and a spicy hot chocholate to accompany it . we had dinner here twice while vacationing both times everything was exceptional !

Ramona is a very nicely decorated space to eat. Loved being there. Not much atmosphere or buzz. Very quiet dining. Food only average. Cost is out of sight. $300+ US for 2 people with 1 drink each, 1 salad, and 2 entrees. Good quality and taste just average as well. Sadly this beautiful restaurant is average on a good day. I would suggest La Punta on resort or look at off property options if staying at NIZUC resort.
