If it were possible, I'd drop the score to a 0/5 for the service alone. The employees are unable to determine which salsa a customer wants or run a lunch service without standing in the middle of the line and having a casual conversation. I am fluent in Spanish and understand their conversation was completely irrelevant to lunch service. Our attempts to place a simple order took about 5x longer than it should have, and was met with scowls, eye-rolling, horrible body language, and a shared attitude that any possibility of quality service or food was an utter waste of time. I was greatly impressed (see: depressed) by the hygiene of this restaurant as well, seeing as I watched employees take mid-service breaks to walk over and snack on chips using the same bare hands they used to prepare my food.

The food, which I give a 1/5, is the best part of this place. You get two "sides" (e.g., lettuce, pico, any fundamental ingredients to a burrito), and good luck getting any more than a raindrop of the wrong salsa you didn't ask for on your food. You're better off licking the Doritos crumbs off the fingers of their employees than anything they've prepared with any semblance to food.

$28 USD for one burrito, these guys are literally thieves. They charge $8 for each ingredient. Garbage place. Avoid

Food was average for an airport restaurant. Prices are inline with other available options. Over priced, yes, but it's an airport.Workers were friendly to us.No complaints. Sounds like other reviews have no realistic expectations for what they are buying.

I wish I had read the reviews first this is a ripoff 2 quesadillas and 2 sodas for $56 usd in Mexico I was so in shocked same food outside for less then $15 usd I understand is the airport but my god the mark up is insane please avoid bring your own food !

This place is garbage. Very mediocre service. Some employees are better than others. The cashier I got was rude and very inconvenienced when i asked for the drink I paid for and obviously forgot because he was busy doing other things at the same time. Prices are pretty bad. $30 dollar for just one person to have a meal is outrageous. To get guacamole is $5 extra like w t f?! For that amount I expected more food to be served or better quality. I spent the whole flight home upset to my stomach.

The supervisor named Jackeline at the airport restaurant does not represent the majority of Mexicans.
He has a very bad attitude and doesn't care if you have any complaints.

We were waiting in line at the busiest lunch rush on a busy travel day, and one of the employees came out into the line and took our order and showed us to a seat and brought us our food. Service was above and beyond expected. The food was good and we survived a 4 hour flight home thanks to it.

The workers are super rude. The cashier threw the change at me. Too expensive. The food itself was probably the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had. I don’t understand how they are still in business. And no I’m not usually a Karen.
