We went two hours before they closed and they didn't let us in and also the restaurant was full of garbage and the workers were very rude

It is in a good location and the staff is pleasant.

40 minutes for them to attend and to make matters worse the numbers of people who asked for it jump, they do not have good coordination and the boss of the workers has terrible attention to the workers.

I am so hurt by this Kfc. The waitress refused to serve us because of our race (we are black) and because we dont speak spanish. Everyone in the restaurant defended us, and a mexican man tried to even order for us, but the waitress refused to take the order. Then, after an hour, we got served because the manager came out. Some people are just horrible people and shouldn't work in service of others.
We should have left in the first place. The food was horrible in the end. It tasted like it was made in dirty oil.
Home delivery, a TOTAL FIASCO, never order by phone because it will never arrive, or it will arrive incomplete. Or 1:30 minutes late, it is not the fault of the delivery people, but of those who assign the service.
Both branches (the mall and the uxmal) are the same topic. And on the counter they take millennia.
My daughter loves it but this is the 4th time they've made me feel bad. So this was my last phone order forever.

PLEASE READ,My girlfriend tried to warn me due to the other reviews but I wanted to give them the benefit of that doubt, but this is quite literally the worst experience I have ever had in an establishment ever in my life, they make you pay just to get sauce, they force you to get extra food if you want a specific side, all around worst food place I’ve ever been too.

Terrible attention and service if they no longer have food or staff close the branch it is in bad taste to arrive at 1pm they tell you that there is no attention because they changed their opening hours, without service in the place or self-service
