I am so hurt by this Kfc. The waitress refused to serve us because of our race (we are black) and because we dont speak spanish. Everyone in the restaurant defended us, and a mexican man tried to even order for us, but the waitress refused to take the order. Then, after an hour, we got served because the manager came out. Some people are just horrible people and shouldn't work in service of others. We should have left in the first place. The food was horrible in the end. It tasted like it was made in dirty oil.

Home delivery, a TOTAL FIASCO, never order by phone because it will never arrive, or it will arrive incomplete. Or 1:30 minutes late, it is not the fault of the delivery people, but of those who assign the service.
Both branches (the mall and the uxmal) are the same topic. And on the counter they take millennia.
My daughter loves it but this is the 4th time they've made me feel bad. So this was my last phone order forever.
