We were a group last night and the truth is that it was a very good atmosphere and good service from the waiter who served us. The bad thing is that the Indian beers we ordered were very hot. My wife and I ordered the only two burgers on their menu for takeout. The Surf and Turf Burger, its Top Sirloin meat was horribly sour and its flavor was totally inedible, it had no guacamole and much less the breaded shrimp. I don't usually review but unfortunately they should review their products before giving them to the public.
I got a quick response to my review and an equally quick solution, thank you for rating your customers. This time I ordered the surf and turf burger again, a shrimp burrito and a fries with melted cheese. Toso was excellent, I will return soon

Me and my family went to dine here at the Palapita Tulúm yesterday evening and had a great experience. Mind we are a family of 8 and they had something on the menu that suited each one of our different tastes. Everything turned out so good we ended up sharing food because just looking at each others meals made up drool. The workers were very polite and patient with us and the service was great. I definitely recommend dining here whether you’re a local or a tourist!
