The food tastes good, my only detail is that I ordered a pozole and it came lukewarm to almost room temperature. When you know that broths should be brought to the table hot.
Other than that, the rest of the food was good, the drinks were good.
There is a man who sings and has a wide repertoire. I was surprised, he has an incredible voice, congratulations to him.
The waiters are good, good service, attentive and friendly.

The drinks, delicious. Their sauces are very rich and not very spicy (it is not a defect, it is according to individual taste), as are the beans that come with them.
The meat in its juice with great flavor, although to my taste I was left a little behind with the portion of bacon and at least that day, the beans needed a little more cooking.
The price did seem a little high for the food but it is not scandalous either.

We wanted to treat ourselves as tourists to some Mexican food and that was fulfilled, I guess I can't fault anything except that the music was too loud for my taste, but the others didn't care so that's probably how it should be, the service was fine.

The WORST drowned cakes I have ever tasted.
1. The birote broke the second I added the sauce, which should NOT happen with a drowned cake.
2. They came stuffed with something called “carnitas” but it looked like burnt meat and without skin (some people like it assorted)
3. The tomato sauce was SWEET and did NOT taste good at all.
4. They DO NOT serve them with cabbage/cabbage and when you order they look at you with a look of...(?)
5. How is it possible that they don't have golden tacos to accompany the potato cake that is the classic “filling”.
2 people, 2 cakes, 1 water =$600 We NEVER returned.
The food is very good, it preserves original flavors of Jalisco Guadalajara, however there are minor details that could be improved; The service we received from the waiter was simply excellent.

Very good place, the menu is incredible and varied; The drowned cakes are worth it, they are not very spicy, but with enough heat, the centerpiece is rich in dressings, sauces and elements to complete the main dish.
A pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, I still want to return to try more dishes, served in good quality and quantity; It is a little place where they serve very well and quickly. Congratulations

House tequila is special reserve.
The prepared drinks are super original and quite good in size. In all, if or if you have to go visit and you stay with them

Comida muy bien! Servicio regular ya que fue la hora de la comida del personal, todos juntos al mismo tiempo y el personal que estaba disponible, estaban como si estuvieran ejercitandose con los garrafones y no hacían caso a los clientes, dure varios minutos con los platos sucios en la mesa en fin en el servicio pueden mejorar bastante.

We came here as part of a taco tour and had the quesa birria taco. This taco was 100% worth the entire tour. Coming here and not getting the birria taco would be a huge mistake. Eat this taco and your life will be drastically improved!
