Maison Kayser at the Cancun airport offers delicious bread that is out of this world. Despite some negative reviews, the coffee, salad, and burger were on point, with the burger being a pleasant surprise. The mix of French and Mexican flavors, especially in the sandwiches like the milanesa, was excellent. The macaroons and cheesecake were also tasty. Overall, Maison Kayser is an excellent choice in Terminal 4 with great service.
