I actually went earlier than the options given, but I can tell you without a doubt, this is one of the best restaurants in Cancun. I had the best snapper with lime I have ever had in my life. This restaurant should be a MUST for any United States citizen so they can finally see what real Mexican food tastes like. The hideous restaurant chains in America serving terribly made tacos and burritos do not cut it. This is true cuisine, with a wide range of meats, fish and vegetables, as well delightful seasonings and wonderful nuance. Less is more here. If this restaurant could be reproduced in America, the owners would become millionaires, if they are not already! Outside of California, we have no decent restaurants serving authentic recipes of Mexican cuisine. Please come to the USA! Make this one of your dinner stops in Cancun. You won't regret it.
