I ordered a cappuccino and a serrano and parmesan sandwich, the cappuccino didn't taste the least bit like coffee, it was just hot milk, plus I asked for it warm and they delivered it hot, and with the sandwich they didn't even ask me if I had it. I wanted it toasted or to eat at a bar, they just put it in a paper bag, they don't have good customer service, I won't return.

If you order an americano they will give you drip coffee. When you tell them you want freshly brewed from the coffee machine that is right next to them they say they don't do that. You say you want an americano made of two of the espresso shots that come out of the machine, with hot water, they say they have the cups counted and cannot do it.A total desaster, get your americano elsewhere, you won't find it here.

I would give 0 if I could. Do not get matcha it is just sugar. A LOT OF SUGAR. Did not taste match tho. Why they add sugar in a first place who knows. They will however argue with you that this is indeed matcha and you cannot have it without sugar. Very rude and unprofessional. Wasted like 20min of my time only good thing is that it’s an airport so not much else to do.

Terrible service, the guy who served us in a very despotic way forced us to pay with a card because he didn't have change, he gave us cold food because he had already turned off the oven but obviously he told us that after having charged us and I say for the The prices they have should at least offer good service and serve the food as it should be?????
Absolutely to avoid, $249 Mexican Pesos, at the exchange rate €13.50 for a sandwich with vegetables!!!!!!!! Plus the cashier, mischievously had the courage to add a 10% tip... to specify that you can get the sandwich yourself in the fridge... 249 pesos in Mexico a family eats for dinner!! What a shame. OBVIOUSLY the tip was claimed, I wonder how many people manage to give it under their noses.

**** STAR 0 ****$19 Canadian (240 Mexican pesos or $14 US) for a small tuna sandwich! It doesn't even cost that much in Canada but in a poor country like Mexico.... yes, just no sense. Never go there because you will ruin yourself. Inadequate, disinterested service. I even scolded the cashier, she was incompetent and nonchalant. Don't let me do it.
