Counting today is the 5th time we have had a terrible experience and we had continued eating because there is not much option of Asian food but not anymore, the first time they brought me the incomplete order and they told me they would send the rest and they never sent it, the second Maybe it took 4 HOURS!! When I brought my order, we stopped consuming them and when we decided to return, the food arrived in terrible condition and with a very bad taste, and the last one we ordered they sent us without soy or sauces and they never solved anything! What a shame that people prefer them just because there is not much option on our part, we will never order again!

The food tastes good, everything seemed delicious and the price seemed adequate and reasonable. There were some problems with my order, however they were willing to solve them, which is greatly appreciated and shows great intention to improve and grow.They took longer than indicated and I do think that it would be much better in their attention if they indicated that they are overloaded or working with significant delays, delays are normal but they should be expressed so that the client knows what they are dealing with.
