This food cart has gone to pre-making their tacos probably to be able to serve them fast and keep-up with demand. This technique just brings the quality of the food down because they are just barely warm and not fresh, hot and juicy. The outside is also less crunchy as the shell has time to sit and soak up moisture.

As always, excellent quality in the products and good service, as it is a new location, it is not so crowded, so you can order your quesabirrias well browned and with your complimentary can without fail.

Knowing my love for authentic quesabirria tacos, my wife found this little taco truck in the city right off the main street. The tacos were so flavorful and the two guys running it were very hospitable..

Well, I tried out a lot of restaurants and stands during my time in Mexico, but this stand was by far the best food I had in all of Mexico! The sellers are always in a great mood and have fun! I've probably been here 10 times to get food! Just crazy!

El Compa was our first food truck experience since we arrived in PDC. The birria tacos were SO good! Sat on little stools on the sidewalk and enjoyed the tacos right there. Definitely will be making another trip there soon!

DELICIOUS! They give you the consommé warm, the golden tacos are also the tastiest, we simply decided to order to try and we loved it so much that it displaced the previous places we have gone to to consume birria, leaving this place as the best.I highly recommend trying the consommé and their golden tacos.
