Terrible service from the waitress who served us, I went with some co-workers today around 3pm and the waitress had a very bad attitude and when I asked for the bill it took more than 30 minutes to give us the bill and when I complained to her She just said she was very busy.

The quality of food preparation in this restaurant has dropped a lot. It is a disappointment because when it was El Portón restaurant the place was full. Today I ordered a Milanesa Poblana that came with burnt, tasteless and overcooked rice. The poblano sauce was more of a cream with red peppers, thick onions and without a touch of seasonings. My wife ordered a tlalpeño broth which, for the second time, was served warm. My daughter was served some Swiss enchiladas with, again, pieces of onion the thickness of my finger. Although the service is good, they are overwhelmed by the inexplicable number of people who arrived at peak meal time. Definitely ALSEA must take action on the matter to maintain the prestige of the Vips brand that here in Playa del Carmen has become tropicalized, failing to meet the standards that we can find in other regions of the country in these restaurants.
P.S. The bathrooms stink of urine all the time, is it too much to ask that they use air fresheners in the urinals?
