The waiter who served us was rude, and lacked attention. The breakfast was good, the waitress had to continue serving us because her partner left us alone. Even she got upset with him. Don't forget to tip mr. He takes care of your car outside, is attentive and puts a cardboard on your windshield so that when you arrive your seats and interiors are not hot.
I gave it 3 stars because the air conditioning didn't cool well, I don't know if they didn't have it so cold because there were few people or what, but that was very uncomfortable, the food was good up to that point, .... if I'm going to a restaurant is because it will be fresh, otherwise I'd better go to a little stall hehe chale ??♀️
Vips Playa Del Carmen is a large restaurant, its decoration is beautiful, its breakfasts are varied, I ordered some eggs to taste and they arrived just as I requested, The scrambled eggs were also good, the service we received was good and efficient, the atmosphere is calm with its good music in the background.
