Their sourdough, and cinnamon buns are excellent. Try the HUEVOS VASCOS in the bread bowl

Regarding the question of service, I can comment that the service attitude is essential to establish positive and effective relationships in any context. It is based on empathy, courtesy, proactivity, *patience* and *communication skills*, which is derived from listening to the customer's request and not having to later ask them if it is a takeaway, when from the beginning it is He informed him, so that later you don't tell him that it is 14 pesos for the spleen, there is no understanding when listening to the diner's request; For this reason, it is important to adopt an attitude of service not only to improve the satisfaction of those who receive the service, but also to enrich the personal and professional life of those who practice it.

And if it is explained to the staff, it is not so that they get angry or make faces, it is so that they improve and there is no need to post this to be read.

Thank you!!!

High prices/low quality. I bought a few ciabbata-looking breads and a chocolate/almond croissant. For 60 MXP, The croissant did not taste like butter at all so they probably use a cheap fat such as oil. I threw out half of it. The chocolate croissants (14 MXP) at Chedraui are much better.
The bread was nothing special, again much better quality and cheaper at Chedraui or local bakery.

Small bakery/Cafe, get there early for best selection but it may be crowded. Good food at good prices. Very friendly staff that speaks good English. Will certainly visit when in Cozumel.

The breads and frappes are very tasty and have good quality, now speaking of the service I rate it poorly, since they serve you reluctantly and are not very helpful.

I ordered a matcha and it was very short, another time I ordered a hot chocolate and it also only tasted like milk, sometimes they neglect the details and it is not an economical service

This was a quick and easy place to eat at. The staff was friendly and the vibe is chill. Good food and latte. And there are multiple locations.

Bread is good, to bad the humidity of the island affects it after one day of being purchased. The role of cajeta and queso de bola was something different and I like it

Genius bakery. Genuinely. Now, it also is the most expensive bread you’ll eat in the whole island. Its a café type place (not unlike starbucks if you want something to compare it against) but unlike starbucks they seek to excel mostly in their pastries and bread. And they do it greatly, you can tell someone who is passionate and knows about baking is making their pastries, they like to use nutella a lot, which honestly might not be that great but i personally find myself to be addicted to that substance so i find no problem with that. That being said, its not a “traditional” mexican bakery, rather it is a mimic of what a “european-type bakery” is supposed to be (at least in what they sell), and that, and their quality makes them able to sell a single pastry for above $50 pesos. To get my point across, any traditional mexican pastry in some other “panaderia” can cost you 6 times less than that. Is it worth it? Maybe, and the middle class and tourist costumers who you’ll undoubtedly find here possibly attest to that. They have seating outside the place so you can whip out your MacBook and pretend you’re working like so many people here do. Overall the pastries are extremely good, the place looks nice and clean, but i honestly find difficult to want to pay more than $60MX for a nutella roll despite its delicious.

The pastries were excellent, we would go back. They were not the best price, but not too bad.
