Gusto Tulum offers very good Italian food with great service. Highly recommended dishes include the giant chicken milanese, seafood fettuccine, guacamole, and Bolognese. The vegetables and salmon with tamarind sauce are amazing, and the burrata and avocado are also very good. However, the carbonara lacked flavor. The prices are great, and the waiters are very friendly.
