Food is nothing to write home about. Service was ok, but at the end waiter was asking for more tip.
Beautiful beach, friendly servers, delicious food. Definitely worth a visit. We were there for lunch and spent the afternoon enjoying the beach. Would definitely consider staying at the resort sometime. Super cool place.
Food and service were very good. We just happened to book a time during their Sunday extended Beach party and looking for something a little less lively. It would be great to know that before I booked. Still fun people watching but different vibe than I was expecting.
Esperamos por más de 20' y nadie vino a atendernos, hicimos señas varias a veces a los camareros. El lugar no estaba lleno y atendieron al menos a dos Medea que se completaron antes que la nuestra. Horrible experiencia.
Moro was really good last year but there's a new chef, and it's really not good anymore. I had to send back the fish of the day, my favorite dish last year, as it tasted off. Additionally, it was dry, flavorless, and lukewarm. They replaced it with tough, lukewarm short ribs, which had nice seasoning but were barely edible how they were cooked. My breakfast the next morning was also lukewarm as well. The service is still impeccable. The desserts are still wonderful. The menu is the same as last year but the cook and hotel management are different and it's really not too good now.
The place is beautiful and the service was very good... but we had the New York steak and it was chewy and dry!
We stayed at Our Habitats and had the pleasure of dining at Moro daily for breakfast, as well as a couple of times for lunch and dinner during our stay. The staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and well-informed about the menu, which made every meal an enjoyable experience. The food was exceptional across the board, but the standout for us was the eggplant dish—it's a must-try! Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of their offerings. Moro truly elevated our stay.
While staying at "Our Habitas Tulum" we had dinner and breakfast at Moro. We really enjoyed our stay at "Our Habitas Tulum" but Moro was a little lackluster. The ambience and service were great but the food was a little bit of a letdown. It looked great but it lacked flavour. Looking at the other reviews maybe we ordered the wrong thing or it was an off day. I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt because everything else was so good and there were impending weather issues.

Best restaurant in Tulum in terms of taste and service. Every dish and drink we ordered was absolutely incredible. For hotel guests, breakfast is free everyday which was amazing as well. And the service was so kind and welcoming - special thanks to our friendly waiter Alexis. The staff works so hard even when it's downpouring rain and the food never disappoints. The ambiance and architecture is also beautiful. I would highly recommend visiting!

Beautiful, unique experience, fantastic & thoughtful cuisine. A serene, chic vibe that felt very authentic.

Orlando, our server was attentive, amiable, and efficient! The ambiance was quiet and peaceful, and the view was beautiful! Even though the tropical storm last week gave the water everywhere in Tulum a less pristine turquoise appearance, the stretch of beach at Moro at Habitas was still quite beautiful. The only critique we had is the price. The bill was quite high for the amount of drinks, appetizers, and dinners we ordered. Though it was delicious!

We stayed at a neighboring resort but ate a lunch and a dinner here during our stay. Both meals were excellent! The food was incredible, especially loved the Lechon Pita. And the staff was friendly and helpful in selecting yummy food!! They were very accommodating to my gluten and dairy intolerances!!

Beautiful, peaceful atmosphere. Waves crashing in the distance, candles everywhere and jungle paths leading you to the restaurant. The live music was intoxicating. Food was fantastic and the portions were generous. We wished we had stayed here instead of our hotel.
Fantastic good in a beautiful and tranquil location with great service
