Very iconic place. Felt very welcome here and it’s clearly evident that they’re “the spot” in town. I saw another table having the seafood chowder which looked amazing - so rightfully so I had the same and was not disappointed. Homemade recipe perfected over years so the tale went.Definitely drop in here for a beer and chowder.

Only one option, but it IS a limited menu to begin with. Our waiter was really great. The Buddha bowl needed some items switched out to be vegan but was delicious and super filling. The sweet potatoes were the bomb. They have a nice seaside deck too.

Greeted with imperspnable service which was consistent throughout. Waited over 60+ minutes for the food to arrive with no communication. Cold smoked salmon and capers arrived without capers, bisque was cold and had pieces of shell in with the meat, however the lamb was good. Fruit flies, houseflies, and large ants were also ever present and required constant guard of your dish and glassware. Overall very overpriced for slow mediocre service and food. Will not be returning, we will be sticking to and recommending Tipsy Tails from here out.

What a place and amazing patio with an epic view! Outstanding service; Tara took exceptional care of us! Fun, friendly and witty..The food was deliciously executed and the menu was so original. The "boogie fries" are awesome! ❤️ Heck... They even deep-fry the parsley before sprinkling it on! That's a classy (and sinful) touch. ??

The back patio has a great view of the harbour, our waitress was lovely and just so happens to have originally been from my neck of the woods (small world), and the food was sooooo good! The best lobster rolls we had in all of NB and NS (and we had many). The street corn was something I’d never heard of, but was recommended by our waitress…. What a surprise, it was amazing! You have to stop here if you’re in alma

Fantastic food. Amazing lobster roll and they had a special green curry mussels - outstanding ! Great kids meal options. Our server was hilarious, I wish I remembered his name - we appreciated his east coast charm. The view is stunning from the back patio ! Highly recommend if you are passing through Alma.

We had a lovely dinner here on the September long weekend. Had the scallops as an appetizer and the lobster roll and fish tacos for dinner. We finished the night with the sticky bread desert. All food was excellent. Washed things down with a couple pints of local craft beer. We will be back.

Amazing food, Amazing Location on the water, food is too good and good time to spend with Family. Good options for vegetarians as well. Must try corn. Zoe is a great server, great hospitality.

My family and I had lunch at Tipsy Tails. The service was great and the food was excellent! It didn’t take long to arrive at our table either. We had the chowder, lobster roll, and a burger. It was easily some of the best lobster roll and seafood chowder I’ve ever had. I didn’t try the burger, but my husband really liked it. We sat on the back deck with a view of the harbour. I highly recommend you eat there!

The menu had two items listed on the menu as vegetarian. They have a veggie burger and a Buddha Bowl. I chose the Buddha Bowl as I prefer to not eat fried foods. Unfortunately, the Buddha Bowl deep fries the chick peas with the fish, seafood and chicken. They were unable to replace fried chick peas with fresh or raw ones. The dressing also has animal products. To make this vegan, they remove both leaving you with a $20 plate of quinoa and baked yams. I will give any small town credit for trying but in this case, it might be smarter to pack a lunch as the food you will pay for lacks any kind of flavour, heart or value. Super friendly waitress, delicious food. I had the full lobster meal which was splendid. My husband was craving a burger and he got the yummiest truffle fries ever. We are still dreaming of those fries. Would definitely return if we are in the area.

Lovely place in front of the ocean. Fish portions are medium to small. The taste is good ?. Really good sweet potato fries. The team is lovely.

We enjoyed decent, not memorable food (fish tacos, fish & chips). Service was excellent. The best part was sitting outside right on the water by the little harbor. Lovely!!!
