Had an amazing supper with my beautiful wife of 27 years at William and Water. The staff and food were amazing. Our first time there as we celebrated our 27th wedding anniversary but we will be back. Highly recommend.

Exceptional service and flavors not to be expected here in NB! Oysters were fresh and flavorful. Had the shrimp fried rice, smashed potatoes, scallops, shrimp fried rice, and steak tagliatelle pasta. Would order everything again without question. The shrimp rice dish was the most surprising and my favorite. Desserts were also expertly prepared and presented. The server was knowledgeable, attentive, and fun. We’d travel to Saint Andrews just to go to this restaurant.

Absolutely delicious! Food served "family style" so go hungry and ready to share. I recommend scallops and paper plane (cocktail).

I hardly give 5 stars but love to do so for this excellent restaurant which is less than a year old. Must try!

Food was outstanding, highly recommend the seared scallops. I would eat that every day. The salmon didn't seem to be cooked they way it was supposed to be. The bartender was extremely good and made some delicious drinks. Only thing I'd recommend is having it a bit darker in the

We were really impressed with this tapas style restaurant. The dishes are carefully crafted, creative, and full of flavour. There are many fusion dishes that borrow from many different cuisines. Service was fantastic as well. Highly recommend!

I choose this restaurant because of the food pictures I saw. Sadly we only took one picture because the food was so good we were more eager to eat. We did three sharing plates. Tomato salad, mussels and lobster tostados. The tastes were complex and brilliant. Was not expecting food of this quality. Highly recommend.

Gem of a restaurant! We consider ourselves real foodies; we travel a lot. This place was absolutely delicious! All the tapas style dishes were expertly prepared, inventive, nice sized portions and did I say...delicious;)Sidney, our waiter deserves a special mention and is a real asset to the restaurant. He is attentive, knowledgeable and charming. If we're ever back to St. Andrews. William & Water will be first on our list to return to!

I have traveled the globe and rarely do reviews, but the scallops would rival many places. Reasonable and excellent. I did not try other options but they all looked incredible.

All dishes were tasty and well-prepared. Service was outstanding. We enjoyed the fresh oysters on the half shell and the delicious beef curry with house-made noodles.

Enjoyed the Bantry Bay Salad to start, I want the recipe to the dressing! Dipping that wonderful bread in the dressing was a surprise treat. For a main I had the Khao Soi Dreams, beef melted in my mouth, the curry had just a hint of heat and the sauce overall was mouthwatering! My friend had Steak and Taters, a truly tasty rework of Steak and Potatoes with flair. We enjoyed a nice red wine from Chile that paired very well.Service was very good, food arrived in a timely fashion and no feeling of being rushed. Will be going back on my next visit to the areaWheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner at William&Water tonight. We found the menu varied and inventive. Thought has been put into the menu options offering meat that was melt in your mouth tender (no knife required!), Fresh from the farm vegetables, sauces and dressings that were varied and well balanced. We travelled from a distance on a recommendation of a friend and were not disappointed!I will be a return customer, also nice wine choices for your list.Definitely worth a try for locals and travellers alike.Dietary restrictions: Server asked about any allergies or restrictions, if you answered yes the Chef attended the table and confirmed any issues and offered alternatives.Very nice touchParking: Easy and plentiful street parking
