For the 10th time in one month actually 10th time in two weeks they got my order incorrect now I can’t get a hold of the manager to talk to a manager to try to alleviate the situation piss poor very piss, poor I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOR ANYONE.

Don’t come here in the morning. I ordered 30 minutes ahead of time only 5 burritos and a taco. I had to wait about 5 minutes in the drive thru which no customers were inside or in drive thru. The lady at window made me real nervous about my food the way she was treating me. I don’t think they like mornin orders. I had 3 chili cheese burritos and there was nothing in them hardly. Mostly wrap. Most disappointing. I have pictures but I don’t see a way to show them

Ordered food. Was missing food, drive thru person tried to argue with me about my missing food and drink. When I got home half the items weren't even correct. Called back, no answer. Messaged corporate, no answer. What food I got was good... Even if it was not what I ordered.

Slowest drive thru I’ve ever been too

The food was great and our order was correct. They were out of large cups, no big deal. I ordered on my app for in store pick up ten minutes before I got there thinking it would at least be close to ready when I got there. I waited another 20 minutes inside, which I don't really mind because I know times are hard for businesses with staffing. However, I do mind having to listen to staff argue and get angry with one another like children while waiting for my food. They argued the entire 20 minutes I was there waiting. Not exactly the best way to represent the company or attract/keep customers.
